The principle of the conflict minerals policy of Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company") is to understand and value human rights and environmental issues related to conflict minerals, and to ensure that tantalum, tin, cobalt, tungsten, and gold contained in the manufactured products do not directly or indirectly provide funding or benefit from armed organizations that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or other neighboring countries/regions. At the same time, it is also required that our suppliers must fulfill their social and environmental responsibilities, choose and promote supply chain commitments not to use conflict minerals, establish a conflict free mineral procurement policy, and conduct and submit due diligence reports.
