Intelligent Manufacturing And Industrial Internet
The Sunwoda Smart Manufacturing Research Institute is built on a 'digital twin model' that encompasses the digital replication of products, processes, and factories. Through this approach, virtual models are created to mirror physical realities. By integrating the entire value chain—from design, planning, and execution to production and service—the institute enables end-to-end digital integration that meets the needs for intelligent, flexible, and highly integrated enterprise operations.

Recycled Material
Sunwoda Recycling Materials is a key component of Sunwoda Group’s “Five-All” strategy for full-industry-chain deployment, established in 2023. Headquartered in Shenzhen, the company focuses on the East and South China markets while simultaneously advancing the development of bases in Thailand and Europe, building a circular economy network that spans China and extends globally.
Leveraging the Group’s expertise in the new energy sector, the company concentrates on two core businesses: lithium battery recycling (covering both ternary and lithium iron phosphate systems) and second-life utilization. It has established a full “recovery–reprocessing–application” chain to create a closed-loop system.
Domestically, industrial operations have been established in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and Zaozhuang, Shandong. The company is accelerating the construction of additional bases, including Tengzhou, Shandong (50,000 tons of physical dismantling + 50,000 tons of wet chemical recovery) and Ganzhou, Jiangxi (40,000 tons of physical dismantling + 30,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate recovery + 1 GWh of second-life utilization), comprehensively enhancing capabilities in lithium battery recycling, material regeneration, and second-life utilization.
Looking ahead, Sunwoda aims to seize opportunities in the lithium battery recycling industry, continuously expand its global presence, strengthen supply chain resilience, and provide full-lifecycle battery recycling solutions. Through a circular economy model, it seeks to promote efficient resource utilization and contribute to the Group’s sustainable development.
