Sunwoda places importance on implementing effective remedial measures when issues affecting sustainable development, such as human rights and environmental concerns, arise in the supply chain. We provide stakeholders, including suppliers and their employees, with ways to address supply chain sustainability issues. At the same time, Sunwoda continues to enhance its systems, investigation processes, and practices to prevent similar adverse effects in the future. Suppliers, employees, stakeholders, and the general public can contact Sunwoda through complaint channels. As an effective tool for reporting violations, Sunwoda's complaint channel allows anonymous reporting of violations of Sunwoda's Supplier Code of Conduct and other laws and regulations, including unethical behavior or human rights violations (such as child labor or forced labor). When a problem is raised through the appeal channel, Sunwoda will cooperate with stakeholders to resolve or improve the issue as appropriate. Sunwoda encourages individuals to speak up freely when encountering problems, ensure confidentiality of their information, and prohibits retaliation against individuals who raise concerns.
