On March 21, Sunwoda families joined a tree-planting day, where children connected with nature and learned the meaning of sustainability through hands-on experience. As each sapling was planted, it symbolized more than growth — it reflected a deeper awareness of how small actions today can shape the world of tomorrow.
Over the years, this initiative has continued to expand, delivering measurable environmental impact. Since 2025, more than 500 trees have been planted, with an estimated annual CO₂ reduction of approximately 5,000 tons upon maturity.
In 2026, the program will be further scaled up to enhance its contribution to a more sustainable future.
Five Years of Dual Carbon Commitment
2026 marks the 5th anniversary of Sunwoda’s Dual Carbon journey. Sunwoda has transformed its commitment into a structured, system-driven approach — integrating sustainability across strategy, technology, and operations.
Key achievements include:
Launched the LEAP strategy and established a comprehensive sustainability management system
Upgraded to A in MSCI ESG Ratings, ranking among the top three global power battery companies in sustainability
Officially launched the Battery Passport platform, giving every battery pack a traceable “digital ID”
Developed an end-to-end recycling system — from inspection and disassembly to regeneration
