At the World Future Energy Summit 2026, Sunwoda showcased its latest lithium-ion battery and energy storage solutions, reinforcing its growing presence in the Middle East energy storage market. The company presented a comprehensive portfolio covering high-performance battery cells and advanced liquid cooling energy storage systems, designed to support the region’s accelerating clean energy deployment.
Flexible Energy Storage for Middle East Industry & Utilities
Sunwoda showcased a range of energy storage systems designed for diverse applications in the Middle East, including its 5.015MWh ESS and 261kWh All-in-One Liquid Cooling ESS.
The 261kWh All-in-One Liquid Cooling ESS drew particular attention for its versatility. It features multi-layer fire protection to enhance overall safety, a modular all-in-one architecture for flexible deployment, and high energy density with efficient liquid cooling to maintain stable operation under high-temperature conditions common in the region.
An optional Static Transfer Switch (STS) allows seamless switching between on-grid and off-grid operation, improving power continuity for commercial and industrial applications. Alongside the large-scale 5.015MWh system, Sunwoda’s systems demonstrate strong adaptability across project scales and operational scenarios.
High-Performance Battery Cells for Multiple Use Cases
At the core of these systems are Sunwoda’s self-developed battery cells, which provide the foundation for reliable and scalable energy storage. The lineup includes 102Ah, 280Ah, 314Ah, 588Ah, and 684Ah cells, reflecting continuous progress in safety, efficiency, and longevity.
The 684Ah stacked cell delivers high energy density and system integration advantages, making it well suited for large-capacity projects with space constraints.
The 588Ah wound cell, in parallel, emphasizes cycling stability and energy efficiency, supporting applications with frequent charge–discharge requirements. Together, these cells underpin Sunwoda’s ability to address a wide range of industrial, commercial, and utility-scale energy storage applications.
Strengthening Regional Support with Global Manufacturing and Local Service
Sunwoda operates a global manufacturing network across China, Thailand, and Hungary, providing a stable and scalable supply foundation for international projects.
To further support Middle East customers, the company has established a dedicated service center in Dubai, UAE, enabling timely technical support, commissioning assistance, and after-sales services across the region. This localized service capability helps ensure faster response times, reliable system operation, and long-term project performance.
Building on its global manufacturing and service network, Sunwoda is positioned to contribute to the Middle East’s transition toward more resilient and efficient energy systems.
